A single frequency
• generate tones (ultrasonic) with frequencies between 10Hz and 25000Hz.

• when producing ultrasonic tones (20000 Hz and higher), the speaker may produce additional parasitic sounds. Just because you hear these sounds doesnt mean you can hear the actual frequency being played.
